There were a hand full of restaurants open on Wednesday night We read an ad in a local paper (Cape May Gazette) and decided to try out the chef demo night. The evening was so fun and lively, the food was excellent. We had the chance to really get a flavor for the local cuisine as well as the locals. What fun - I highly recommend this evening. "My wife and I visited Cape May for the first time this past weekend.  The Copper Fish was our first stop for dinner Friday night.  My wife had the filet and I had the pan-seared chicken.  Both were incredible. We also loved the mushroom and goat-cheese risotto. The waiter told us that you will occasionally put recipes on your website.  Please post the risotto recipe soon.  My wife and I probably won't make it to Cape May until next year, and I don't know if I can wait that long.
